Microsoft 365 is the most widely used professional working environment in the world: Outlook email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams video meetings, and a shared space for company files. It stays accessible from any device, updated automatically and hosted by Microsoft. Avepto deploys and manages this environment for Swiss SMEs.

Microsoft 365 suits a company from the very first user, with no minimum size. Most of the SMEs we support in French-speaking Switzerland have between five and eighty employees. The earlier it’s deployed properly, the less mess there is to clean up later. Avepto matches the plan to your exact headcount.

The price depends on the number of employees and the plan you choose. Expect between CHF 6.- and CHF 25.- per person per month for the Microsoft licence, plus our management fee. Avepto gives a precise figure once we know your situation, in a detailed written quote.

Plan four to six weeks on average for an SME of ten to thirty people, from the initial audit to the end of post-cutover support. The migration runs in batches, with no interruption to work: the old mailboxes stay reachable throughout the transition.

No. Word, Excel and PowerPoint stay identical to what your teams already know. What changes is how files are organised and the arrival of Teams for meetings and discussions. Avepto trains each team at cutover, in small groups.
