Microsoft 365 stays the reference when your teams live in Outlook, Excel and Teams and work with partners on the same environment. kSuite is the choice of a Swiss SME that wants its data hosted in Switzerland and under Swiss law. The right choice depends on your real usage, not on a matter of principle: the audit settles it with you.

With kSuite, yes: the data is hosted in datacentres located in Switzerland and subject to Swiss law. With Microsoft 365, it’s hosted by Microsoft in European datacentres, compliant with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), but under a US company. If data sovereignty comes first for your SME, it’s a criterion we raise from the outset.

Allow four to six weeks on average for an SME of ten to eighty people, from the initial audit to the end of post-switch support. The migration happens in batches and often over weekends, with no weekday interruption. Your old mailboxes stay accessible throughout the transition, and your email addresses don’t change for your clients.

No. Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents stay identical to what your teams already know. What changes is mainly how files are organised and the arrival of a new tool for meetings and chat. Avepto trains each team at the moment of the switch, in small groups, so no one is stuck the following Monday.

The cost combines licences, billed per person per month, and our setup and management flat fee. For Microsoft licences, allow between CHF 6.- and CHF 25.- per person per month depending on the plan. The audit prices the whole thing, licences and support, in a detailed written quote, with no hidden fees.
